Off-Site

Off-site support is the preferred method of support by Regional Computer Services as it is generally cheaper for the customer account time wastage experienced while performing on-site support such as waiting for Internet downloads, virus scanning, scandisk and defragment tasks, etc...

Due to circumstances such as time constraints or complexity of support issues, a request for computer delivery by the customer or pickup by Regional Computer Services may be requested in order for Regional Computer Services to perform off-site support.

Although off-site support is the preferred method of providing support by Regional Computer Services, this is not always available such as when the customer is experiencing networking problems.
